Where will the conference be located…
More than just a hotel, this newly remodeled resort, just over the border to Wisconsin is the ideal location to slip away with the Lord, family or friends. This conference is being designed to help facilitate your time to encounter the Lord and to deepen your faith. Healings, prophecy, salvation and significant encounters with the Lord are expected as we worship, learn, meditate on The Word and enjoy each other. All meetings will be held in the premier Harbor Ballroom.
The HUB has a wonderful discounted rate for this resort. Please note the discounted rate is available for the conference: April 10-13. However, for those looking to extend your resort stay, we also have discounted rates for the “shoulder dates” April 8 & 9 as well as 13 & 14 evenings!
Our Group Code is 1201FQ should you need it. 1-800-709-1323 ask for the HUB Group Rate. There is a discounted $19 resort fee and the rate is $99 April 8, 9,10, 13 or 14 and $109 April 11 & 12.
Get a jump on this. As you know, our hotel always sell out and we have to use nearby hotels for overflow. We are expecting this hotel will be able to accommodate more of us but I encourage you not to wait.
The HUB rate is only secure until our room block is full or until March 29, 2025 (whichever comes first). Don’t be left out!

Is there a special group price to stay at the host hotel?
Yes! Book your hotel room before they’re sold out! We have a discounted $109 room rate (+$19 resort fee) until they’re fully sold out (which always happens!).
We will update our website with suggested nearby hotel recommendations with a special HUB rate when our host hotel is sold out.

Is there childcare during the conference?
We want to help you as you plan for this weekend regarding kids. Traditionally HUB meetings have been looong. That is not a typo. They are looooooong!
Please know that as much as we love children and love seeing them thrive in the goodness of God, our conference does not provide childcare. We currently do not have the staff or facilities for young children. If you bring your child, you must responsibly supervise and remove them from meetings as they reach their limit or distract. These meetings are appropriate for teens through adults. (Someday, however, I’d love to host a kid’s conference!)
Can I register on-site/the day of the conference?
At this time, we are not allowing on-site/the day of the conference registration.
We need to pre-register our conference tickets to make sure we have the capacity and available staff. We always sell out of conference tickets ahead of time… But you can check our webpage closer to the date.
Are tickets refundable?
No tickets are not refundable. You can however transfer your ticket to someone else.
Are meals included?
No, meals are not included in your ticket purchase. There is a hotel restaurant and many grocery stores and restaurants nearby.
Are seats assigned?
No. Seats are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Doors typically open 30 minutes prior to each session. No matter where your seat is, everyone is welcome at the altar during worship!
Are group discounts available?
No, not for this conference.
Can I purchase a day-pass only?
No, we only offer full conference tickets.
Are vendor slots available?
We are not taking any more requests for this conference.
Are livestream tickets available?
No, and this will not be recorded or shown on social media.
