Is there a special group price to stay at the host hotel?
Yes! Book your hotel room before they’re sold out! We have a discounted $109 room rate (+$19 resort fee) until they’re fully sold out (which always happens!).
We will update our website with suggested nearby hotel recommendations with a special HUB rate when our host hotel is sold out.

Is there childcare during the conference?
We want to help you as you plan for this weekend regarding kids. Traditionally HUB meetings have been looong. That is not a typo. They are looooooong!
Please know that as much as we love children and love seeing them thrive in the goodness of God, our conference does not provide childcare. We currently do not have the staff or facilities for young children. If you bring your child, you must responsibly supervise and remove them from meetings as they reach their limit or distract. These meetings are appropriate for teens through adults. (Someday, however, I’d love to host a kid’s conference!)
Can I register on-site/the day of the conference?
We are not allowing on-site/the day of the conference registration. We need to pre-register our conference tickets to make sure we have the capacity and available staff. We always sell out of conference tickets ahead of time…
Are tickets refundable?
No tickets are not refundable. You can however transfer your ticket to someone else.
Are meals included?
No, meals are not included in your ticket purchase. There is a hotel restaurant and many grocery stores and restaurants nearby.
Are seats assigned?
No. Seats are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Doors typically open 30 minutes prior to each session. No matter where your seat is, everyone is welcome at the altar during worship!
Are group discounts available?
No, not for this conference.
Can I purchase a day-pass only?
No, we only offer full conference tickets.
Are vendor slots available?
We are not taking any more requests for this conference.
